Its performances showcase a fusion of timeless Swing-era, New Orleans & 1920s Jazz, transitioning to the band’s captivating interpretations of Nostalgic R&B, Motown, Soul, and 70s/80s/90s Classics. With its ensemble of talented vocalists and jazz musicians, Radio Gatsby ignites the dance floor while providing a journey through decades of exhilarating music.
Kamrin Ortiz brings his six piece band to Local Edition with his 1940’s and 50’s style Rhythm & Blues and Jazz originals.

With a little bit of brass, and a whole lot of rhythm, the Twist and Disco tell the story of a groove that stirred in Memphis and exploded in Detroit-- bounced off of post-war London to crash at Studio 54. You might hear Barry, Presley, Wonder, Jagger, Withers, Gaye or Gibb; anything that covers the two breakneck decades between the birth of The Backbeat and the rise of Four-on-the-Floor.
Dancing isn't mandatory, of course — but it may be unavoidable
This ensemble of accomplished and versatile musicians celebrates the music of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli’s pioneering Quintette du Hot Club de France. The HCSF borrows the instrumentation of violin, bass, and guitars from the original Hot Club while breathing new life into the music with innovative arrangements of classic tunes and original compositions from the group’s superb lead guitarist, Paul Mehling. With a swinging rhythm section, the group never fails to surprise and delight.
